There is a way to get this.  Use this URL:

You can change the f=html to f=pjson (at the end of the url) if you want a different format.  There are /n in the result.  Those are carriage returns.

You can put in the x  after %22x%22%3a  and y after %22y%22%3a  

This is set up for x and y in Oregon lambert.  I think that we can do it in lat long if you would rather have that.

This url is to the state GEO server, where we are hosting the program.  We could hit our server if you would rather, but I think that this is more stable for the time being.

Another hint is that the returnGeometry=false can be changed to true.  I changed it to make it faster, but I am not sure that it was faster.  It seemed to stall with it being false.  You might need to experiment with that being true or false.

On the old OLALO system I could (via a script or program) query the system and get a block of text data back.  IE:

I could then parse this and utilize the information for various purposes for smoke management.  I don’t immediately see this sort of functionality in the LocatOR.  Is it there and I’m missing it?  Or could it be added to the new program?

Hello,

The LocatOR application has been deployed.   This application will replace the OLALO application of years gone by.  All of the old functionality is present, along with some new developments.  Please change your bookmarks to the LocatOR application, because OLALO will be shut down soon.

This advance announcement is for the people who gave feedback for the application design.  Please check out the product, and let me know if you find any bugs.  We will not be doing any enhancements, so the feedback should be limited to problems.  

LocatOR is being hosted by GEO (Oregon Geospatial Enterprise Office).
